Terms of use
The short version: this site gives general information, and every project is agreed directly with the studio.
Information on this site
Guides on costs, permits and law are general information, not legal, tax or engineering advice. Rules and prices change. Check your own case with your local committee, a lawyer or an accountant.
Images
Images marked "3D rendering" are design concepts by Moriah Veg, not photos of finished work. Images marked "real photo" show homes as they were. Stock photos are marked as stock.
Projects
A free call is not a contract. Fees, scope and payment are agreed in writing with Moriah Veg's studio before any work starts.
Who runs the site
Zechariah Tokar runs this website and receives its enquiries. The design work is by Moriah Veg's studio.
